Ticket Office
Each ticket is valid for one person. Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the event of cancellation of the event by the organizer.
Respect and behavior
Each participant agrees to respect other people present, the organizing team, the staff of Tango as well as the rules of the venue.
Any discriminatory, anti-Semitic, racist, LGBTphobic, violent, threatening, harassing behavior or behavior that undermines the safety or smooth running of the event may result in immediate exclusion from the evening, without refund.
Serious or repeated incidents may be referred to the Board of Directors of Beit Haverim, which will decide on any additional measures: warning, temporary or permanent ban on participating in future events, or any other measure provided for by the statutes and internal regulations of the association.
Image rights
Photographs and videos may be taken during the evening to present and promote the activities of Beit Haverim on its communication materials and social networks.
Wide shots and general images of the event may be taken and broadcast without individual authorization, provided that no person is intentionally isolated, highlighted or presented as the main subject of the image.
For any portrait, close-up or individual shot in which a person is clearly identifiable and highlighted, their consent will be requested on site by the person in charge of the photos or videos.
Event modification
The organizer may adapt the schedule, program or entertainment when circumstances require it, without these changes constituting a cancellation of the event.
